In the afternoon, ING Bank Śląski customers reported problems with sending SMS codes necessary to confirm certain transactions in social media and on downdetector.pl. “We are already working on fixing it as soon as possible” – said bank representatives in one of the comments at about one in the afternoon. After 3pm, the bank reported that the services were working properly.
“What’s going on? Login problems, unavailable services” – asked in the neighborhood of 12.50 a customer according to the last Facebook post of ING Bank Śl مشاركةski. “Are you having problems with the bank again? I can’t reach you today and I can’t make a transfer again, because I haven’t received the transfer code for 15 minutes” – another person complained.
“Currently there are delays in sending SMS”
ING representative at approx. At 13.00 a response to this entry: “We are checking the cause of the problem with sending SMS with codes”.
A few minutes later, ING responded as follows to another similar comment: “We have a problem sending text messages using codes. We are already working on it as soon as possible.”
At 13.44, ING Bank Śląski announced in a Twitter entry that “there are currently delays in sending SMS, to authorize orders in Moje ING”. “We are working on it. We apologize for the inconvenience,” he wrote.
After 3pm, the bank reported that the services were working properly. “The problems could be related to a failure on the part of mobile operators and local Internet networks,” he added.
