Earlier, you could check with a special device – a noise meter (it costs about 75 PLN on the Allegro) – whether the number of decibels does not exceed the permissible limit. “On the borders of the estate, in single-family housing, the maximum noise level during the day may not be higher than 50 dB, and at night – no more than 40 dB,” explains Computer World.
