The professor believes that eggs are the best raw material in the world. Tadeusz Terziska. It contains the most valuable ingredients for health and is low in calories.
The egg contains all the substances necessary for the formation and protection of a new organism. 21 days at 39-40 ° C is enough to create a new organism in the fertilized egg: a chick that has a nervous system, blood, bones and immune system, moves and – when it grows up – is able to reproduce, that is, to maintain the species – explains the professor. Tadeusz Trziszka from the University of Life Sciences in Wroclaw, an expert in poultry and egg technology, adds: – There is no such perfect raw material in nature as the egg.
The egg contains all the biologically active substances necessary to create life. It is enough heat energy to activate this life. a. Trziszka believes that because life can arise from eggs, the materials in them can also be used to save lives and fight diseases of civilization.
There are no contraindications to eating eggs. Perhaps only if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. I eat a few eggs every day myself. Eating the good cholesterol in eggs reduces the body’s production of bad cholesterol. Besides, the cholesterol in eggs is 0.3 percent, and the rest is bioactive substances – the scientist says and adds that in egg whites there are substances important in regulating blood pressure, factors that eliminate bacteria and viruses, especially active against the group virus.
The scientist calculates that eggs contain tens of thousands of biologically active components, including:
- cystatin, which can be used, among other things, in the fight against dementia affecting the brain and cancer,
- Substances that, for example in infections of the gastrointestinal tract, can replace antibiotic therapy, including phospholipids not found in any plant,
- Almost all vitamins known in nature (such as vitamins B12, A + E or folic acid), except for vitamin C.
– In the yolk of chicken eggs there are about 2 grams of phospholipids (that’s a lot) that contain long-chain fatty acids. Thanks to them, our minds and hearts work well. Each of the 10 trillion cells of the human body contains phospholipids and cholesterol, which means that these components are necessary for us – confirms the professor. Tadeusz Terziska.
Also, eggs are low in calories. A 60-gram chicken egg provides 90 calories and 25 percent of energy. Essential and perfectly balanced amino acids, minerals and vitamins.
