I wouldn’t discover America by saying that the last three installments of the Assassin’s Creed series resemble our national pride on several levels – The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Assassin’s Creed: Origins was the first to rely heavily on RPG elements, but this mix of genres didn’t work out for everyone. Ubisoft is enhanced with Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey, and even better with Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, the best part of the “new trilogy”. Is the quality maintained with Clan Raven’s Eivor Adventure 1 expansion? sorry but no.
Journey into the unknown
This time the main character moves to Green Island. There, he meets his cousin – Breed – who is trying to build his country in Ireland. Unfortunately, the people of that country are not willing to help him because he is a heathen. Extremely compassionate and listen to every pagan topic, but these personality traits weren’t enough to allow the aforementioned character to play a bigger role in Ireland.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Gniew Druidów So it focuses on helping the Vikings from our family. During the adventure, we are introduced to many characters, but it is difficult to praise them because of anything here. As far as al-Qaeda is concerned, the inhabitants of Green Island – with the exception of Ciara, who has managed to surprise again and again – are cute and it is hard to feel that they are paying more attention to Ivor – the one who conquered all of England. Their past and their plans for the future didn’t impress me much and I miraculously refrained from skipping the dialogues.
You can also feel the unused potential with the sons of Dano, their ancient monastic counterparts. Watch promotional materials Priests angered I felt that they were going to play a bigger role in the plot, and any way to deal with their weeds as they perform their evil rituals would create goose bumps on the flesh. In the final version, Ireland’s main opponents are settled to the maximum, and while writing a review the next day to complete the downloadable content, I don’t remember who it belongs to. This only proves the extent of the neglect of the creators of the priest.
The negatives are already being done Druid’s angerAlso worth noting is the story and side missions. The former is nothing more than a copy of that in al-Qaeda (attacking strongholds, searching for individuals of the sons of Dano after finding clues in guarded places, etc.) and may bring two or three breaths of fresh air. And when they did, the add-on’s shortcomings could be forgotten for a moment, because the overall plot assumptions weren’t so bad. On the one hand, the side quests collected from the lofts were what received AC: Origins a severe defeat – an artificial extension of the game by going to the X position and eliminating the target Y. And the worst part of it was that about a fifth of all the expansion was focused on them. .
You can forgive some additional content for AC: Valhalla thanks to its great soundtrack – Einar Selvik did the job again and gave the audience a soundtrack that can relax at the right moments, allowing you to explore neighboring villages, and in another – to freeze the blood in your veins as we approached the greatest Ivor’s enemies. Julie Folies, the aforementioned dubbing actress Ciara, whose lovely voice will be heard multiple times during the scenes that lasted several minutes, also did a great job.
As is already the case with Ubisoft, the French did not disappoint when designing the site. Known for its wet and marshy lands, northwestern Europe was prevalent in Ireland in the 9th century. The main character often drowns in mud, leaps in dirty lakes, or gushes across rivers to reach hard-to-reach real estate. Honestly, when visiting Green Island, you can feel the scent of the village floating in the air – the site designers have shown once again that they can offer great views to their clients.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla expansion pack includes additional well-known adventure activities in England, so fans of Kissing Walls will have plenty of activities here. Maximize Druid’s anger It will take up to 15 hours to find all the treasures, destroy polluted places, kill drengros and mythical animals, or hunt pages carried by the wind. The only thing new in this regard is the retail outlets that we need to revamp if we are to improve the business relationship between Dublin and England. This is an extra activity that offers a breath of fresh air, which – if we’re interested in a story of around 6/7 hours – can be avoided, if we like, with a spacious dock.
(Not worth it or not
we will … Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Gniew Druidów Traces the path of Assassin’s Creed: Hidden origins. Both feature additions didn’t really offer anything new and are just nasty fillers that appeal to – dare I say – only people who have 100% cleared England and still want to do more activities in the Vikings world. The new areas are beautiful, the story – apart from the shallow characters – isn’t that bad, but personally I would have hoped for something more. For something that brings the series about Masked Assassins a little closer to the expansion level of The Witcher 3. I keep my fingers crossed to make the invasion of Paris even more effective.
The add-on was reviewed on a PC with GTX 1080, 16GB RAM, and i5 8600K processor. 1440p (QHD) graphics settings: very high, The game didn’t have any clippings, and the frames per second rarely fell below 65. The improvement was much worse in base condition.
