In his speech on C-News, Ambroise Meguin, general delegate of the “Young with Macron” movement, indicated that accepting immigrants is the responsibility of state authorities, not local authorities, and noted that mayors often refer to them, but they fail to deal with refugee affairs orders and immigrants.
