According to “Bild”, citing information from the police and the public prosecutor’s office, a dead woman found in a park on the outskirts of Hamm a 17-year-old girl missing from Iserlohn in western Germany. On June 14, 17-year-old Karina went for a walk with her dog and did not come home. The animal was found in the woods about 200 meters from the house, Bild wrote.
The cyclist found a burnt corpse
Ten days after Karina’s disappearance, on Friday, June 25, a cyclist finds the charred body of a woman on a road in a nature park on the outskirts of Hamm.
The police closed off a large area around the body and searched it with a drone.
Investigators assume that a murder occurred. Prosecutor Heiner Kreuz said in an interview with “Bild” that “the girl died a violent death a few days ago in another place, and therefore the place of discovery was not a crime scene. And when the witness found her, her body was still burning” – he confirmed.
