Mark Francis Presinsky is a lawyer and diplomat. He received his PhD in political science from Oxford. He is fluent in Polish. In 2007, he was awarded the Cross of the Order of Merit by an officer of the Republic of Poland.
From 1999-2001, he was an adviser to Eastern Europe under the administration of Bill Clinton. During George W. Bush’s presidency, he taught privately and at Columbia University.
