Robert Lewandowski signed a contract with Barcelona last week and has officially become a player for the Spanish club. Eight years later, the Pole left Munich and moved with his family to the Iberian Peninsula.
But at the moment, the captain of the Polish national team is on tour with the new team in the United States. Wife Anna and their daughters Laura and Clara stayed in Mallorca, where the family recently bought a house.
Anna Lewandowska shared a glamorous recording of the play Little Girls on Instagram. Both Clara and Laura at the score proudly wear the Barcelona jerseys. They both have character dresses with their nicknames and not the nickname on them.
Currently, there is still debate over what number Lewandowski will play in the new colours. In his first friendly match against Barcelona, he came out with a score of “12” on his back. Signing up with girls does not settle this discussion. They both have only their names on their shirts.
What about Lewandowski’s show?
The way the Polish striker presented at Barcelona also caused a lot of confusion. Some fans were not impressed with the way Lewandowski welcomed the new club. One of them was Jerzy Dudek, a former Real Madrid player. The former Poland goalkeeper wrote in a column for “Przegląd Sportowy”: “It was not as it should be. This is not what is expected of big clubs in the case of big transfers.”
Lewandowski will get his presentation at Camp Nou right after the end of the US Tour. Spanish media reported that this is scheduled to happen on August 7.
