As announced in the ad, the last edition of Lidl Polska’s campaign – “Praca na lata” began on August 23. This time, the recruitment and image-building activities are carried out under the new slogan “I have a contract for a secure future”. During the campaign, the retail chain plans to hire 500 employees for its stores and warehouses.
What does Lidl offer candidates?
As of March 2021, new employees of Lidl stores in Poland earn from PLN 3,550 to PLN 4,350 in total. However, after one year of work, the employer guarantees an increase in salary to the level from a total of 3,650 PLN to a total of 4,550 PLN, and after two years of training, the salary increases to the level from a total of 3,900 PLN to a total of 4,800 PLN.
Learn foreign language online for Lidl employees
The announcement also states that from September all Lidl Polska employees and their relatives will have the opportunity to expand their competencies thanks to free access to eTutor, an online foreign language self-learning platform.
The app allows you to study anywhere, anytime. Lidl staff will get free access to two comprehensive courses – English and German.
In addition, Lidl Polska guarantees its crew and family members a rich package of non-wage benefits, such as private medical care, group insurance, multi-sports card, training, “child” paint and a child in first grade, as well as a free employee support program, according to which they can take advantage of the help of Psychiatrist, lawyer and financial advisor.
