According to the Central Statistical Office, the average purchase price of milk in Poland in April increased by 0.5%. The GDT index showed that changes in the price of dairy products on the New Zealand platform lost 0.9 percent in the last auction.
In April, according to GUS data, the average purchase price of raw milk in Poland increased by 0.5%. to PLN 152.27 / 100 liters. From April 2020 to April 2021, the price of milk increased by 14.6 percent. Currently, the price is 1.1 percent lower. From the historical maximum achieved in December 2013 (153.93 PLN / 100 l).

On the New Zealand GDT platform, the index reflecting changes in dairy prices in the last session (June 1, 2021) fell 0.9%. Butter lost 5.4 percent. Whole milk powder decreased by 0.5%, and the price of skimmed milk powder decreased by 0.5%. For a year (beginning of June 2020 – beginning of June 2021) the value of the index increased by 44.3%. This was the fourth consecutive decline in the index. During this time, its value decreased by 1.8 percent.
