Rice is cooked according to the recipe on the package. Mix the filling ingredients: minced breast meat, rice, mushrooms, onions with garlic, spices. Prepare the sauce: tomato passata: heat in a saucepan with thyme, marjoram, pepper, sweet paprika and dill. Prepare the bell peppers: Cut off the head of the bell pepper (the part that contains the stem), and remove the seed core. Stuff the red pepper with the filling, put it in a casserole dish or roasting tray, pour tomato sauce, add bay leaf and a few grains of spices. Bake in the oven, covered, at 200°C for about 35 minutes. A moment before placing the grated cheese on top of the peppers, wait until it melts.
