The label “Designed For Xbox” appears not only on headphones or consoles licensed by Microsoft, because Americans have also established a collaboration with the manufacturer of televisions and monitors. Philips presented very interesting equipment.
Philips Momentum 559M1RYV is the latest offering from a well-known manufacturer, which has been revealed as “The world’s first screen made for Xbox”. The device has been confirmed “Designed from the ground up to deliver the best Xbox experience for fans”.
The device received HDMI 2.1, so we can count on 4K and 120 frames per second on the Xbox Series X, and low latency and DisplayHDR 1000 will complement the proper experience. The manufacturer also took care of the “Xbox Game Mode”, that is, “an exciting mode with image quality specially tuned for the Xbox.”
Matt Kesselring, Head of Xbox Partnerships, commented on the collaboration with the following words:
“At Xbox, we’re always trying to give our fans a choice of how, what and where they play their favorite games. Today we’re excited to announce our partnership with Philips to deliver the first monitor designed for Xbox, giving fans a unique show with technology and features that deliver the best gaming experience on Xbox Series X consoles. |S.”
The Philips Momentum 559M1RYV is a 55-inch monitor that incorporates Bowers & Wilkins and Ambiglow speakers, providing a “new dimension” of the experience. The model has LowBlue and MultiView mode, but we have not yet learned its price and release date.
“Player. Introvert. Problem solver. Creator. Thinker. Lifetime food evangelist. Alcohol advocate.”
