The creator of the XCOM series is ready to conquer another market with its new title. Julian Gollop has announced the final release date for Phoenix Point and “Behemoth” production will be available on consoles in October. The developers have prepared new trailers that introduce new products.
Phoenix Point hit PCs in 2019, but Julian Golub and his team have been constantly working on expanding production. Snapshot Games have also developed a console version and now we can confirm the good news – Phoenix Point: Behemoth Edition will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One starting October 1.
The developers have also confirmed that they are working on a version for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S, which will be released later as a free update. In this case, the authors use the unique functions of the current generation.
Phoenix Point: Behemoth Edition will include three previously released DLC packs, an improved user interface, and improved controls The creators also mentioned improving the game for consoles and adding a weapon pack.
Work on Phoenix Point is still not over, and on October 1, an extension called “Corrupt Horizon” will be released on PC – currently, Snapshot Games have only made a teaser announcing new content.
