Other footballers and members of the Silesian coaching staff have tested negative for SARS-CoV-2.
“The entire ląsk Wrocław team has been working in a strict sanitary regime for several months and is regularly tested for the presence of the virus. All previous tests by coach Jacek Magiera gave negative results, and he received in addition two doses of the vaccine against COVID-19. A positive test result, according to the protocol, UEFA “Return to Play” automatically excludes the participation of the Wrocław coach in the next WKS match. UEFA regulations in this case do not allow the possibility of repeating the test “- we read on the Silesia website.
“Trainer Jacek Majira is in good health and asymptomatic. Decisions on next steps will be made based on the guidance of the sanitary and epidemiological services.
The second coach, Tomas Ozwiec, will take over the duties of Jatsk Magira during the match with Bede.
