Antonina Ovchinnikova has been secretly gathering for the Russian army for the past few months. When the police began proceedings against her, she fled to Moscow, according to the Stuff portal.

On Wednesday, November 2, the police confirmed that they are investigating Ovchinnikova, who has suddenly disappeared from social media. Since February, she regularly posts posts on Telegram.
On Saturday, November 5, Ovchinnikova broke the silence. It posted a video of Moscow’s Domodedovo airport informing its observers that it had just arrived in Russia. Ovchinnikova approached the observers, saying it was “nice to have their support” while explaining the reason for her absence.

Ovchinnikova claims that she realized that her behavior was against the law. She promised to explain everything soon and give her side of the story, but first she must rest after the trip.
Ovchinnikova regularly publishes on her Telegram channel content about the war and Kremlin propaganda. He often outrageously attacks Ukrainians, calling them “Nazis” and “pig”. Since May, she has also conducted groups for the purchase of special equipment for volunteer units of the Russian Army located in Ukraine. Ovchinnikova, who lived in New Zealand for 10 years, collected 43 thousand. New Zealand dollars (about 110 thousand Polish zloty).
Stuff spoke to the woman before she left for Moscow. Ovchinnikova justified her actions and said that she believed that the Russian army was invading Ukraine for “slander”. In her opinion, Russia is the historical owner of Ukraine and therefore has the right to occupy its territory.
