Polish women ended the struggle in the League of Nations unsuccessfully. On Saturday, they lost their chance to climb into the top eight, and a day later they lost the last match with the Bulgarian national team (1:3). Check out what the table looks like after this meeting.

As in the confrontations with the Dominican Republic and Italy, the Polish national team won the first match against Bulgaria. But later, the rivals came out on top, winning in straight sets and finally turning out to be better than the Whites and the Reds at the end of the League of Nations.
This confrontation was not of much importance, because both teams were deprived of even arithmetic opportunities for promotion to the playoff stage. Nevertheless, the Polish women wanted to defeat the local team at the end of the third tournament, said Martina Szyrenska in an interview with TVB Sport.
A 1:3 defeat against Bulgaria meant Stefano Lavarini’s players finished 12th in the Nations League away. Below are just our stooges, Belgium, Holland and South Korea.
