The company informed that the social contract also sets out a financial package for employees who leave Orange Polska as part of a voluntary departure. It also stipulates the possibility of increasing basic salaries (4% in 2022 and not less than 4% in 2023), and the amount of additional compensation for employees who will reach retirement age in the next four years, and it also specifies the place and role of internal mobility in supporting the privatization program. Employees with whom the employer intends to terminate the employment contract may benefit from participation in the Job Search Support Program (External Placement).
Simultaneously with the negotiations of the social contract, the negotiations of the 2022 agreement were completed, which were conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Rules Act on the termination of labor relations with employees for reasons not related to employees.
As part of the negotiated agreement, the employee departure limit in 2022 is set at 760, as well as the rules for voluntary departure in 2022 and the amount of severance and additional compensation for employees who leave Orange Polska in 2022.
As mentioned, the company’s board of directors will conduct the appropriate analyzes and the financial impact of the agreement will be included in the results for the fourth quarter of 2021.
