The increasing number of SARS-CoV-2 infections is a threat to all of us. So let’s take care of our health and the health of our loved ones.

Unvaccinated people often get sick

According to the latest data, more than 96 percent. People infected with SARS-CoV-2 are not immune. The statistics on deaths of people infected with the coronavirus look similar – more than 97 percent. They are vulnerable people.

It must be remembered that the corona is not only dangerous, but also complications that occur after the disease. Especially in the elderly who suffer from weak immunity and chronic diseases. Every body reacts differently to COVID-19. Complications can affect even the young and in good shape.

Vaccination is the most effective way to strengthen the body’s immunity – it allows you to avoid infection with the COVID-19 virus or to pass the disease smoothly. Especially in the fall and winter, when our immunity decreases, it is worth taking advantage of the possibility of strengthening it. When vaccinating, we take care not only of ourselves, but also of our parents or grandparents who, due to their advanced age or coexisting diseases, may have a harder time catching the coronavirus.

Vaccinations give us the opportunity to hold meetings with family and friends, go to the cinema or shop, participate in concerts, and go abroad more safely.

The third dose of the vaccine is available to all adults

If at least 6 months have passed since the vaccination, you can now receive a third booster dose of the vaccine. Every adult is automatically referred for the COVID-19 vaccination. It is worth taking advantage of this opportunity.

The principle of DDM is still valid today

Disinfection, distance, face mask – even vaccinated people should follow the principle of DDM. Therefore, wash or sanitize your hands frequently, keep 1.5 meters away from others and wear a mask in closed rooms and on transportation.

Check if your loved ones have benefited from the vaccination. If they have any technical issues, see if you can help them.

Register for the COVID-19 vaccine. This way you will take care of yourself, your family and your friends. It will help return to the normalcy we all remember before the pandemic.
