“Based on careful review of Abdul’s vaccine file, the Vietnamese Narcotics Control Authority has authorized the emergency use of the Cuban preparation,” the group said on Twitter.

On Thursday, Cuba began talks with experts from the World Health Organization to obtain approval for its vaccines. Argentina and Mexico are also interested in buying it.
As a result of the embargo imposed by the United States since 1962, Cuba has been developing its own vaccines since the 1980s. It is the first country in Latin America to produce a vaccine against COVID-19.
