Once again, Natalia Maliszewska has done a great job. A week ago in Montreal, she finished second, and in Salt Lake City, she also qualified for the finals.
In it, the Polish woman started very well and took second place, right behind Kim Putin. I followed the leader all the time and tried to bypass the leading Canadian. However, she failed to do so, and fell shortly before the finish line.
However, Natalia Maliszewska was so fast-paced that she held on to second place. Thus, she became the new leader of the World Cup for 500 meters.
At the same distance, Camila Stormoska was eliminated in the quarter-finals. In turn, Nicolas Mazur finished her performance in the first stage of the competition. The next 500m race will be held on Sunday.
Gabriela Topolska also performed well over the 1500m. Our representative advanced to Final B and finally finished 14th. Unfortunately, Hanna Sokołowska was eliminated in the quarter-finals.
